"I took the Riders Edge beginners course to do somewhat of a "try before you buy" attempt at riding a motorcycle, and what an experience it was. With no pressure at all from the guys at Pig Trail, I found myself a new passion for riding and a new Harley to enjoy it with. Before the course was out, I did some sit testing of what felt like all of the bikes in the shop, finally stopping on the '08 Nightster. After some long discussions about price, accessories etc. I decided that I wanted this bike to be mine from the start, start from bone stock and work my way up... My heart jumped when Jeff Baugh told me that he had just the thing. He took me back into the darker storage areas and pointed far up to a cardboard box and told me that was my motorcycle. I got to see the careful construction of my new baby for the next day and when the class was over I was a new me. I have been back to Pig Trail numerous times for additives to my Nightster and each time I am greeted by name. Every employee in the whole shop deserves a perfect review. "Well as things would have it, I was in need of a rear tire for my 07Ultra while on a road trip. I was impressed that for #1, it was in stock, and #2 that I was in and out within two hours. What great service! During the wait time, I was able to preview the dealership and was impressed to say the least. Pricing on all bikes, what an ease that was so I can compare when I'm thinking of trading one in. The only problem (not really) is that due to the HOG rally, the selection of shirts was pretty well picked over, but that's okay, as I know I'll be back in '09. "Izzy" it was great meeting you and your friends at Thunderbird in ABQ are waiting to hear from you, as I told them all. Just a great impressive positive experience to encounter while traveling."

"Thank you Paul Johnson for a great dealership and Rod Dean for a great buying experience. Sharon and I decided to step up to the touring family of Harley's. I contacted Rod at Pig Trail Harley Davidson and we discussed my new interest. He took the time to explain the features of the different models and the 2008 upgrades. We stayed in touch the next few weeks as I visited the local dealers. Not once did a local salesman take the time to evaluate what bike would be best for Sharon and I, so we continually bounced ideas off Rod. When I had made my choice it just so happened Pig Trail had the identical model, color, and options due to arrive within a few weeks. The FLHTCU Electra Glide Ultra in Candy Red Sunglo w/ ABS brakes. Rod simply asked, "Do you want me to lock it up for you?"
Now traveling 350 miles to purchase a Harley didn't seam logical considering I live where 8 dealerships exist within a 60 mile radius. Even though one of the local boys had the bike in stock we made the decision to give Rod and Pig Trail the business and brother, I was not disappointed. Rod and I discussed various upgrades that I wanted prior to pick up and I was very pleased that Pig Trail offered all of the services requested. Especially the diamond cut jugs to compliment the SE110 engine package.
The staff at Pig Trail scrambled to complete the bike upgrades so we could take possession during our planned vacation and they hit the mark. Arriving a couple of days early we were greeted by Jeff and Ken who walked us back to the shop where Randal (another familiar face) was finishing up the bike. They all took the time to answer our questions and explain various features. Rod attended to every detail of the purchase and the bike literally sparkled. He covered all the bike functions, manual service points, and financials. He made quiet clear that our approval and happiness was priority and this is exactly what a major purchase should feel like.
The entire purchase experience was a pleasure and I will certainly recommend others to visit Pig Trail.

"More Buell stuff, please! You used to carry t-shirts for males with the Buell logo, but not anymore. :[ I went in to buy one of the Buell mechanics shirts the other day, but you no longer had them/ had a spot for them on your clothing rack. Also stocking common Buell parts would be nice. I am talking about the Traction handgrips and footpegs, things of that nature. Airbox cover "tank bra" things would be nice, too. I really like the viewing area you have so customers can view their bikes being worked on (or not being worked on) from upstairs."

"When two of the Harley shops closest to my hometown refused to repair my 2007 Harley (which, by the way is under warranty), I brought it to Pigtrail and they performed the necessary repairs and adjustments that my 2007 needed. "I purchased my latest Road King from Chicago HD before Pig Trail Opened. I'm sure your aware they give all their customers 20% off & free freight on parts. I was so impressed with Pigtrail I would rather support you than a dealership in Chicago, regardless of the 20% off. The customer appreciation rebate was a pleasant surprise. Jeremy and Jason in parts really go the extra mile to take care of me. They order parts for me and call me as soon as they hit the door.I plan an additional bike purchase in the futher and I will purchase that bike from Pig Trail! In summation Pig trail is a first class dealership. As a veteran Harley rider I apppeciate your presence in North West Arkansas.
