Riding Academy Thoughts
I was a student in the Basic Rider Riding Academy last weekend with Chris and Trey... INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. Probably no surprise to you, but these guys and the course of instruction are top-notch for the beginner rider.
I had ridden my new bike (one of the Street 500s from the TA fleet) a handful of times and had gotten to the point of general competence... really just enough to have questions about what I knew I didn't know and to have an awareness that there was MUCH I didn't know that I didn't know.
When I bought the bike, Tom Murray recommended the course and I signed up that day. So glad I did. The hours of pre-work online were insightful, but all that time on the range was invaluable. If you see a random Street 500 rolling around the empty range behind the shop... it'll be me.
Both Trey and Chris did an incredible job of conveying the seriousness of what we are doing with motorcycles, but keeping it light enough to digest. The motorcycle world is intimidating. They helped me see through a lot of the BS to understand what it takes to safely and confidently operate a motorcycle... even a Street 500 in a sea of CVO dressers.
Ya'll are doing the Lord's work with these academies. I cannot say enough positive things about it.

This crew Rocks. I show up at 525 pm on a Wednesday, they close at 6. They were all eager to help me, and stay late to get it done. The finance officer worked his tail off to get me in the bike for the terms I wanted. Melissa and others stayed after hours to make sure I got the tour of the dealership as well as any questions i might have. Melissa Brown was friendly and eager to help, and man oh man, watching her whip that bike around the showroom was impressive. Her and another guy (I can't recall his name, but had a sunglasses tan lol) stayed until almost 7 to help me load and strap it down. I drove 2.5 hours one way to get there and I'd drive it again.

Nice enough
Bought a new pair of grips in Rogers and as usual the quality and service were exceptional and I wanted to give a shout out to the gang in Rogers for all their hard work and great service but I also wanted to extend a very heartfelt Thank You and a pat on the back to David Boyd in your Eureka store. After riding back from Rogers I was just about completely burnt to a crisp as this was a typical late July day and arrived at the Eureka store to purchase a mesh jacket I had my eye on to get some relief from the sun. Well I got there just as he had closed the store 6:00 on the dot. The man was nice enough to reopen the register for me and I had to pay with a card as I didn't have cash on me. He sure helped me out a lot cause I did not want to make the ride all the way back to Oklahoma with the sun just beating down on me. He was very understanding and helpful and if he was irritated he didn't show it in the least. Thank You David Boyd. You and your team are the reason we keep coming back.Bobby Dale Harris

Bought my third harley from Reed today. It my second this year from him. As always it was a great experience Reed was professional and timely like always. He knows the products and really spent time talking to me and finding what sooted me not what was best to sell. I ended up getting my dream bike and a price I didn't know was possible. I've bought roughly 50 bikes over the years, and my best customer service experience was with Reed Thompson. Not only in terms of my last purchase, but collectively. The purchase I made from PTH-D recently was a difficult one for me. I had to find my forever bike because of a recent medical diagnosis limiting my time on the road not only as a biker, but also as a driver. Reed Thompson was EXTREMELY patient with me during this week-long process that involved multiple visits to the dealership, numerous phone calls, and endless texts. The bike is absolutely PERFECT for my wife and I both to enjoy as we wrap up 20+ years of riding together and my 40+ years as a die-hard biker. Thank you, Reed Thompson! You might just be the first non-musical rock star to be inducted into the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame. CONGRATS!

outstanding job
I took my Sportster in for work and found people that would go out of their way to help and help me understand. The Tech that work on the bike name Chris did an outstanding job and cleared a lot of issues I was having. Thank you again and if I ever need some work done again, I hope that Chris will be the Tech.

Super friendly and very helpful
I bought a new Harley Breakout and the staff and experience was awesome!! I made a point to go and talk with all the departments and every one was super friendly and very helpful. They were so nice helped us get what we wanted. Our salesman Jeff was very upfront about everything. They even bought our daughter a snake cause she was so good! And Jeff even bought her a stuffed animal! Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone who needs a bike!
