The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR in Rogers, AR

The 2025 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide RR in striking orange and black, featuring a performance bagger design, aerodynamic fairing, and premium components.

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR is a street-legal motorcycle designed with components derived from Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing. Limited to 131 units, this model integrates race-developed engineering with high-performance materials and components.

Engine and Powertrain

The Screamin' Eagle® 131 Powertrain is the most powerful Milwaukee-Eight® engine installed in a production Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. It produces 153 horsepower and 150 ft-lb of torque. It features CNC-ported heads, Screamin' Eagle® internal components, and an SE8-550 camshaft. The Screamin’ Eagle® Racing King 6 Transmission is built for durability and optimized gear engagement. It incorporates shot-peened gears and shafts for added strength, while back-cut shift dogs ensure secure shifts during high-performance riding.

The Akrapovič Full Titanium Exhaust is a lightweight 2-into-1 system developed with Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing. This exhaust system reduces weight by more than 10 pounds compared to standard Milwaukee-Eight® exhausts and maintains 50-state emissions compliance while improving power output.

Chassis and Handling

The race-spec Öhlins suspension is fully adjustable and includes 43mm Öhlins FGR inverted front forks and dual Screamin' Eagle® Öhlins remote reservoir rear shocks. This suspension system increases ride height by 2 inches, improving lean angles and handling precision. The billet aluminum swingarm, developed by Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing, is machined from a 220-pound block of 6061 aluminum, reducing its weight to 18 pounds.

The Brembo™ GP4-RX CNC Calipers and T-Drive Rotors include four-piston Brembo™ GP4-RX calipers and 320mm T-Drive front rotors, providing high braking efficiency and control in demanding conditions. The billet aluminum midfoot controls replace traditional footboards, allowing for deeper lean angles and improved control at higher speeds. The race-inspired solo seat with pommel, developed with Saddlemen®, incorporates carbon fiber construction to reduce weight and maintain rider stability under acceleration and braking.

The cast aluminum wheels, finished in gloss black, are designed to minimize mass and unsprung weight. The front wheel features a laser-etched CVO™ RR logo, emphasizing its racing origins. The Dunlop® Harley-Davidson® Series bias blackwall tires provide optimal grip, with the front tire sized at 130/60B19 M/C 61H and the rear tire at 180/55B18 M/C 80H.

Technology and Electronics

The Track and Track Plus Ride Modes were developed in collaboration with Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing. These settings optimize throttle response, traction control, and braking parameters for closed-course performance. The 12.3-inch Skyline™ OS infotainment system provides an integrated display with wireless Apple CarPlay®, Bluetooth® connectivity, and built-in navigation. The system supports USB-C, MP3 playback, AM/FM radio, and over-the-air updates to maintain optimal functionality.

The Rockford Fosgate® Stage III audio system delivers 500 watts of output through 6.5-inch, 3-way fairing speakers, engineered for optimal performance at high speeds. LED lighting enhances visibility and contributes to the motorcycle’s aerodynamic design.

Rider Safety Features

The Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) prevents wheel lockup during braking. The Electronic Linked Braking (ELB) applies balanced braking effort between front and rear wheels to improve stability. The Traction Control System (TCS) helps maintain stability by managing rear-wheel slip. The Drag-Torque Slip Control System (DSCS) minimizes rear-wheel slip during sudden deceleration. The Vehicle Hold Control (VHC) keeps the motorcycle stationary on inclines. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) notifies the rider of pressure deviations. The Cornering Enhanced ABS and Traction Control System adjust braking and traction parameters based on lean angle to improve stability during turns. The Cornering Enhanced Electronic Linked Braking (C-ELB) automatically adjusts braking distribution while cornering. The Cornering Drag-Torque Slip Control System (C-DSCS) helps prevent rear-wheel slip or lock-up when downshifting or reducing throttle, particularly on wet or slippery roads.

Dimensions and Fuel Capacity

The motorcycle has an overall length of 96.3 inches, a width of 36.6 inches, and a wheelbase of 64.4 inches. The seat height is 28.9 inches unladen and 28.5 inches laden. The ground clearance measures 6.3 inches, and the rake is set at 26 degrees with a trail of 6.7 inches. The fuel tank capacity is 6 gallons, while the oil capacity with filter is 5 quarts. The weight in running order is 785 pounds, and the luggage capacity is 2.42 cubic feet.
